Update NSW 491 - new requirement

The last round of NSW 491 nomination was supposed to begin on 01 Mar 2022. However, the registration is only open now.

Many RDAs have advised that their quota has been exhausted such as Central Coast, Hunter, Murray, others are partly closed such as Orana, Northen Inland.

NSW 491 now allows for offshore applications for certain occupations.

In addition, a new requirement of having 3-year experience is recently imposed on certain occupations including Accountant, and sadly, Electrical or Electronic Engineers (apparently the only group of Engineers got effected).
